Holiday Gingerbread Protein Shake

Okay, okay…I’m admitting it.  This is not an original FitBrickhouse recipe.  While doing a little fitness research online, and while admittedly getting distracted by holiday recipes, I came across this recipe and after tying it, thought…I HAVE to share this recipe with my family, friends, and of course my fans!  Not only is it super easy to make, it will also help you pack on some muscle instead of pounds as you enjoy a little taste of the holidays!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 scoop Dymatize Elite Fusion 7 Creamy Vanilla Shake protein powder
  • 1/2 scoop Dymatize Elite Fusion 7 Rich Chocolate Shake protein powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon molasses (you can also use honey or omit all together to save the sugar content, which is what I did!)
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed.
