Exercise for mood enhancement? Yes Please!!!

I always knew I felt great after a getting in a sweat and as I delved deeper into the world of fitness I learned I’m not crazy.  There’s actually evidence to back this theory up!

Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed.  A quick 30 minutes of exercise can reduce stress, improve your mood, ward off anxiety and feelings of depression, boost your confidence, and improve self-esteem.
