Jan 8 – FitBrickhouse “Fit Tip of the Day”

Getting into the gym isn’t always possible. Long work days, family responsibilities, or previously planned obligations can making saying, “I’ll skip today” easy.  Luckily, you don’t need a gym (or tons of time) to get your workout on!

You can strength train by doing basic exercises that use your body weight as resistance. Your exercise options are limitless! Examples include, pull-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, and sit-ups.
